Notes on Beef: Whole Beef orders are processed right away. Half and Quarter orders will be processed as soon as entire cow is sold. We will contact you on the progress of your 1/2 or 1/4 order.

Meat cuts and pick-up are arranged through the Butcher by the customer. We will send you the Butcher contact information and more details once your order is placed. Customers pay the butcher directly for butcher fees when they pick up the meat.

The Pierce Family Ranch will bill the customer the price per pound once hanging weight is determined, minus the deposit. Final payment is due within 4 days of notification of hanging weight, unless prior arrangements have been made. A weekly fee of $25 will be accrued if payment has not been received within those 4 days of notification.

10lb, 25 lb and 50 lb Beef Variety Packs are currently available! *No deposit is required for the variety packs. Payment is due at time of pick up. *

 

Notes on Pork: Pigs will be processed in the fall. Orders placed now will be put on a waiting list and filled according to their date placed. We will contact you on the progress of your order.

Notes on Turkey: Turkeys are processed shortly before Thanksgiving. We will notify you when your Turkey is ready for pickup. 

The Pierce Family Ranch will bill the customer the price per pound once weight is determined, minus the deposit. Payment is due before and at pick up of turkey.

If Turkey is no longer an option on the drop down menu below…it means we’re not taking any more turkey orders.
